Congrats to Army for snapping the 14 game losing streak to Navy. Those kids were so happy.

The family got the rest of the Christmas decorations put out yesterday, so once again, it looks like the Griswold's house around here. Christmas in 2 weeks and I haven't been shopping yet. Still trying to decide what to get Mrs. 2.

Apparently a warm front came through during the night.  It is 31 degrees here this morning...    I haven't done any Christmas shopping yet either.  But then again, Mrs. Nalt hasn't told me yet what to go get for her presents so until she does...

Well we can't afford the Christmas shopping thing so we just told our grandkids we don't have it. They said the greatest thing " We know you love us." That is all I needed for Christmas.
It was so cold this morning I got up to see if there was frost in the LR floor. Getting ready to make it to church though. Glad Army finally won one. Wow last time army won I was still working on a construction job. RTR!

There was a pounding at our door at 2AM (4 hours ago), so I leapt up and grabbed a gun.  LF and I both jumped up.  Went to the front door; nothing.  Didn't open the door.  I was wide awake, so I watched out the window for half an hour.  It started raining hard.  Nothing.

Kids?  Prolly.  But one of LF's friends in Memphis was killed by a home invasion this weekend, so that's what I thought it'd be.  Long night!

Think I'll need a nap this afternoon!  How was your night?

Good morning folks.  Rain started here during the night and is still falling.  We went to two different Christmas Concerts this weekend.  One was the AMC Materiel Command Band from Redstone Arsenal (they played at Randolph High School) and the other was the Huntsville Youth Orchestra Christmas Concert at Trinity United Methodist Church in Huntsville.  Both were very good and enjoyable.  I think we are going to another concert tonight...

Sorry about what happened to you guys Chech.  Hopefully it was just kids being kids and nothing more.

Wow, that's terrible, Chech. I hope LF is ok. Got to be tough to deal with. Memphis is a tough place. I was robbed at gunpoint there 25 years ago. Except for the BBQ pacles and St Jude Hospital, the city can burn in hell for all I care. Glad nothing happened to you guys.

Glad you all are safe. I pray nothing harms you. Raining here this morning and I am suppose to go to Birmingham to the VA Hospital to the cardiologist but if I can get out of it I am. Sick at my stomach this morning. Everybody be safe today and remember it is the season to be jolly but people are out trying to steal and break in houses also. RTR!

NALT I hope all is well and you don't have to do it at the VA Hospital in Birmingham. I found out yesterday from my heart doctor what they put own the computer in Oxford-Anniston Clinic they can't see in Birmingham only the report. That blew my mind. It is rainy here and I am so glad. All the way to Birmingham and back yesterday the weather stayed clear, no rain, and after we got back home it started raining. Brethren that is the God I serve. Yall have a safe and wonderful day, good luck fishing. RTR!
