Good morning folks.  Today looks to be great here.  I'm only working 4-1/2 hours today so that is what makes it great.  Glad 2 made it to Pensacola safely.  Now just need to get his daughter through her procedure with good news.

Mrs Dottie and I went to the Kirklin Clinic in B'ham this morning for my diabetes doctor appointment and they had not put my appointment on the DR.'s schedule so my doctor was not there. Now I have to wait till April to see them. 93 miles for nothing now I almost lost my Christian virtue at them. I didn't though. Now that is stupid. RTR!

I think what Preacher meant was that he almost went off on them when they told him the doc couldn't see him.

@ Preacher,  Is there not a "diabetes" doctor in either Gadsden or Anniston?  That would be a lot closer than going all the way to Birmingham...

Should be a beautiful day here today: clear and 60s.  It's barely daylight, and already a Titmouse is singing like crazy.  LF is gonna be pissed if he wakes her!

Bama baseball beat Harvard (The Crimson) yesterday 15-3.  The beatdown started with 7 runs in the 3rd inning.  They play again today at 2pm.

Nothing happening here, except planning for the summer.  I tied a bunch of flies yesterday for fishing Hebgen Lake.  I'm tying purple "pheasant-tail nymphs".  I'm using feathers on the tail from a pheasant my buddy killed.  Like this:
