If Alabama wins the West, which SEC East team would it rather face in Atlanta?

Definitely Missouri.  Georgia is more dangerous, and its best game is better than Missouri's best game, hence Georgia 34 Missouri 0.

Bama could beat either team, but a few mistakes would be more costly v. Georgia.

Scarbinsky, once again, is wrong.  But that's not news.   :lol2:

I think Missouri has been more consistent this season.  UGA hasn't and that is why they lost two games to teams they should have beaten easily.  Both will be tough opponents for the Tide.  Hard for me to choose which I would rather see make it to the SECCG...  :dunno:

I haven't seen a lot of Missouri, but I know that Georgia's strength is it's running game, and it is executed fro a traditional pro-style offense. I do not recall a team that has run on us under those circumstances during the past seven years, including Arkansas the year they had two great RBs. I would love our chances against Georgia.

How did he get in here?  WALL-E snubs his mechanical nose at him.

Quote
AL.com columnist Kevin Scarbinsky and SEC writer Mike Herndon will debate a different topic each week during college football season.

Ahh... they know everyone skips Scarbinsky articles so they started letting him tag along on other articles and just omit his name from the byline.

I know it is the luck of the game, but I'd rather us play the team least likely to injure any of our players.  If we get by Auburn and the SECCG we'll have a couple of weeks to heal up but injuries just scare me.  Now that I think of it, the Arky-Mizzou game is over and the east champ is Mizzou.  So, ROLL TIDE!!!, baet AUBURN!!!!   #+ #+
