He may have been unconscious the last 2 holes! No doubt he'll be nervous as a cat this morning. If he's still in the lead after 3 holes, maybe he can hang on. Hopefully, he'll wake up refreshed and loose. One thing I'll say, Thompson is a clean-cut guy. He's open and honest, freely tells about his limitations and fears. One one hand it's refreshing to hear, but it also gives you an insight into a fragile personality who's uncomfortable in the lead of a tournament (and he said so). Can't see that he's going to stay on top considering all that's going on in his head, doubt he slept, and his finishing holes didn't give me much confidence. His only win was the 2013 Honda Classic, and he's only finished in the top-10 of tournaments 3 times since. So I doubt the betters are rushing to pick him.
