Good morning, all.

I'm surprised to see you older, er, chronologically blessed, fellas saying the Super Bowl was boring.  I expected only the millennials (and Patriot haters) to have that view.  As far as the commercials, I didn't pay attention to any of them.  Well, I did see the Stella Artois commercial with The Big Lebowski (Jeff Daniels) that I thought was pretty funny.

I've had a bad two months of eating and gained back 8-10lbs of what I'd lost from over the previous 7 months.  I'm trying to get back in the swing of things.  I just had an "egg bake" concoction with broccoli, spinach, eggs, egg whites, onions, and peppers.  It also had some cheese, smoked turkey, rotel tomatoes, sambal oelek, and siracha to make it bearable.  It was filling and nutrious for about 270 calories, which is all I can ask for.  The 9x13 pyrex made 4 breakfasts worth, so expect me to be complaining by Wednesday and Thursday.

Good luck shedding those pounds, HL. I haven't walked in a couple of months because of the crummy weather. I've got to get back to that. Buddha looks anorexic next to me.

I had gotten into a good habit of walking ~5-6 days a week for a few months, and I haven't walked a single time since late November or early December.

I am just starting a weight loss effort along with the MDA weight loss program.  I'm trying to walk ~3 miles a few times each week.  So far, so good...

I was not walking that far, NALT, but I was timing myself and tracking distance trying to get a good combination of the two (and increase both along the way).  How long does it usually take you to do the 3 miles?

We were supposed to be starting a weight loss challenge at work right about now as well, but we postponed it until sometime in March after the shutdown had everyone away for 6 weeks.

I usually walk pretty fast so it usually takes me ~ 50 minutes give or take a bit.  Definitely under an hour easily though.

MDA is sponsoring a "weight loss war" that started last week.  I weighed in with my team of four.  As of this morning I had lost a total of 4 pounds. Not a bad start...

Walking that 5 miles paid off for you, NALT. If I walked 5 miles right now, I'd need a nebulizer.

Lol.  Walking is something that I can definitely do.  Now, if I had to jog 3-5 miles I would need a Cardiologist, and ambulance, and a bed in NCICU...

Good day; warm and overcast.

Yes, NALT, I know they're too close to the camera.
They each weighed about 40 pounds.

Great haul, Chech. Where'd you fish?

I fished in a friend's lakes near Oxford.  The fish were only active in the shallow areas.  None were bedding yet.  My friend caught a bunch too.  All catch and release.

 Kiss

Man it's foggy here today.  And it's 64 degrees NOW!!

Well, congrats on the catch. I know the warm weather didn't hurt. Going up to 76 here today in Greenville. Too bad I have to go to Columbia for a meeting. We're leaving tomorrow for Pensacola and plan to stay a week. I sure hope the weather is good there. I plan on doing some golfing and FISHING!

Yeah, sorry to hear about the funeral in Pensacola.  Glad you'll have some free time.

Timing isn't good for me.  I have a knife show in Tupelo all weekend; setup is noon Friday.  And the cold weather returns Friday too; even chilly in Pensacola.  Monday there is a recital by LF (and I'm expected to be there -  ).  Tuesday??
