Namaphil, and all others praying for everybody safety and especially with covid junk running around.
Just got back from the VA all staples out of my back and it feels much better. My ankle had to have a splint, doctor said it wasn't broken but it was sure aggravated with a lot of inflammation. We are good to go now and thanks for the prayers they do work. RTR!

Game day eve in Tuscaloosa, and the mood is a little more subdued than I expected. Work has been busy today, but not as wild as I expected.

I managed to get a 5K run and 1600 meter swim in before long work days today and tomorrow. We’re sending 3,000 sandwiches to BDS tomorrow.
