The team played poorly down the stretch including Ingram. The team put Ingram in a bad spot several times by not taking open shots and passing to Ingram with no time left on the shot clock. He had no choice but to put up a bad shot. I still think his effort, 13 points, 9 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals were key to us winning the game.
Not sure why the negativity focused on Ingram, who led Bama in rebounds and was second in points, assists and steals. While Sexton won the game, he also has issues with ball handling and 3 turnovers. And Petty put up hopelessly long 3 pointers and had zero points in the game. The key is that this team played through adversity and came out on top. I agree that Ingram played a big part in the victory, second only to Sexton.
