It's hot!  We used to discuss weather daily, but then we developed better problems for discussion.

2, most epidural injections actually do contain steroids.  Some, like when giving birth (which I don't think you have to worry about) include anesthesia.  Not to be a Debbie-downer but, I had three epidural injections back in 2003 for a ruptured disk.  The first one helped for about a month.  The 2nd was effective for a couple of weeks and the 3rd was a waste of time and money.  Surgery followed soon after that one.  Of course, that was 17 years ago and for a different issue than yours plus, different people are just that, different.  They may relieve all or most of your pain and I hope so.

I hope and pray all is feeling well today. I am going back to bed my back is acting crazy this morning and it ain't because I went to church because we called off Bible Study last night. I know the only time I don't hurt is when I am in the pulpit preaching. RTR!

I did get them today. The only one that bothered me was the one in the sciatic nerve. I nearly levitated off of the table.  He said I'll notice improvement daily, and after 7-10 days, I should feel a lot of relief. I've already noticed a good bit of improvement on my right side, especially when I get up and down. I'm obviously optomistic.

2stater you need to be very little lifting and movement brother. I know, I had to sit for 2 days when I got mine. That VA neuro doctor was adamant about it. RTR!

Preacher, oddly enough, he didn't put me under any restrictions physically.

Good Friday morning!!! And a good one it is. I am about 90% pain free this morning. I haven't felt this good in a year. WOOOT!!!!

Glad you feel better, 2.  GOLF today??   

I'm hurting a bit today.  Had a molar extracted yesterday, and it didn't want to come out.  Was quite a fight, but finally the dentist managed to break it into pieces (no hammer used!  ), and it came out.

So I'm watching golf all day I suppose.  No exercise this morning.

Great your pain is going, 2, and yours should be finished soon, Chech. I saw where Preacher says the only time he doesn't have pain is when he preaches from the pulpit. You fellows could try that if any pain returns.
