ESPN Video - William Vlachos Interview (http://espn.go.com/blog/sec/post/_/id/20887/video-alabama-center-william-vlachos)
3/23/11

"Alabama center William Vlachos discusses his senior campaign, the Tide’s offseason, the focus of the offense and more."

I think Vlachos and Jones are in the category of "can't lose."  We need dominant OL play and we need the leaders on the line to make them gel early and push them all season.  Says that the IB is on his mind each day and fuels their motivation to focus on all the little things that cost them.

He and Jesse Williams are pushing each other for the strongest man in the weight room title.  Vlachos has the title but says Williams is right there with him.  I think Vlachos off season health and the addition of Williams to push him everyday in practice will make Vlachos an AA this year at center.

Great interview with William. It's good to see competition between players that see it as a tool for all-around camaraderie competitiveness between the players.

Both Vlachos and Jesse will be All-Americans!
