Mack Brown (not to be confused with Mac Jones!!) going back to North Carolina as their new coach.

Mack Bron coached at NC in the late 80s well into the 90s before he got the Texas job.  This is probably close to the 30th anniversary of when he first coached at NC.  At least we won't have to see him on TV much anymore.

Coach Saban's Monday press conference:

No word on Buggs' injury.

"Need to make sure our players aren't mentally tired, which might be why we started poorly the last 2 games."

Practice Monday before SECCG:

Injured Alabama linebacker Terrell Lewis (ACL) was back at practice Monday as the Crimson Tide started its on-field preparation for No. 5 Georgia and the 2018 SEC Championship Game.

The junior was fourth in line in individual drills in the indoor facility and had a brace on his right knee.

No details, but reportedly Isaiah Buggs was at practice yesterday.

Hope he's well enough to participate effectively.

Do your thing, Preacher.

Lewis probably won’t be ready for Georgia, but if he’s back at practice he should be ready for the playoff.

I wasn’t able to participate in the in-game thread Saturday, why wasn’t a penalty called on the lineman that dove at Buggs’ knee? That was dirty.
