Good morning folks.  Cold here this morning and like Chech said, rain is on it's way.  Hopefully not until late Friday or even Saturday.  Sorry to hear about the back issue 2.  I do have a suggestion for you though.  Check out Craigslist for an Inversion table and when you find one for ~$100 go get it.  I have one and when my lower back starts to screaming at me I'll go hang from it for a few minutes (usually about a minute at a time for three or four times) for anywhere from a couple of days up to a week.  It really does help.



On second thought, at your age you might want to get a doctor to approve it first.  Your feet might just pop right off from the opposite pressure from what they are accustomed to...

Chuy’s Tuscaloosa closed with little to no notice to employees.  It’s too bad, we enjoyed eating there.

Packing today for the knife show.  Weather this weekend looks horrible, so I'm hoping for the best.  Looks like tornado weather.

Lots of speculation about Sark leaving.  He's clearly being pursued by other programs.  Be nice to keep him another year.

The one is the photo (which may or may not be the same as NALT's    ) has a weight limit of 300 lbs, which is pretty typical, 250-300 lbs  I doubt you'll find one with a higher limit because (a) the risks of inversion therapy probably outweigh the benefits if you weigh more than that, and (b) losing weight at that point would provide much better relief than an inversion table.

I've tried an inversion table and found that it helped provide temporary relief at times, but it's no cure.

Thanks.  The Jackson Show is usually better attended than Tupelo, so I'm hoping to unload some of my collection.  I've only got one more show (March) before summer, so this one needs to be good.  If the weather cooperates, and the threatening stuff stays away, it should be fun.
