I'm good with making a statue of RichRod. He did us the biggest favor in the history of college football.

Rich Rod actually sounds fairly humble in that article.

I thought that too, Hanni.  First time I'd heard that the $$$ promised him to stay at WV didn't come through.  He's really been on a downward spiral since then.

The statue should be of his crazy wife Rita. Rich Rod wanted to come but his wife wanted to stay. Rich Rod got UWV to rework his deal and apparently they did not like it even after agreeing to the new contract. They reneged on the deal and he bolted for Michigan one year after turning down the Bama offer.

Coach Mal Moore dodged a bullet and will forever be known as the AD that lured CNS to Tuscaloosa.

He will also be forever known as the AD that lured Mike Price to Tuscaloosa.
