Nick Saban practically begs for questions about the Tennessee game




Enough clutter, Alabama coach Nick Saban said after Wednesday's practice.

"Let me just start this out so that nothing bad happens today and I don't have to get on national TV doing bad things," said the man who made national television repeatedly Monday by cursing in a news conference after fielding questions about the Heisman Trophy and Missouri's imminent addition to the Southeastern Conference and the possibility that it could result in Alabama and Tennessee no longer meeting each year.

"Those are important accomplishments to our players. ... We had a terribly difficult game two years ago against these guys. That's the focus.

"Now, I was in here on Monday, and I was on a conference call today, and I have yet to be asked a question about the game. Not one. ... So if you don't have a question about the game, do me a favor and don't ask, because I don't want to get on national TV and embarrass myself anymore this week. Is that fair enough?"

I've got some UT questions if they don't. Think he'll answer one about getting PS some meaningful snaps Saturday against UT? Also, is there anything else we'll be doing Saturday against UT to help prepare for LSU?

From the video, Coach Saban's got a cold.  Really doesn't feel good.  Sniffling and all.  Does NOT bode well for the Vols!
