Alabama's disdain for losing starts at the top with Saban, Hubbard said.

"When you lose, it reignites the fire," Hubbard said. "Everyone hates losing around there, so when it happens, no one's happy. When you win, everyone's happy."

You have to hate losing more than you enjoy winning. I have no doubt there will be a big change in attitudes this spring.

A bad apple will ruin a whole barrel if it isn't removed and when you have more than one bad apple, it's essntial to make sure you remove all of them or the problem is still there.

I'm thinking there might be some more players hit the road before next August.

Definitely at least a handful of them that did not buy in, with some of them creating, let's call it bad chemistry, amongst the team. I think most or all of them will be gone this year, and good riddance! I see a big, committed resurrection of the team this fall.
