TCU in 3rd OT goes first:

1.  10 yards and 1st down on run;
2.  to the 8 on 1st down;
3.  TD run by QB along sideline!

47-41  Must go for 2: no good!

Great game. I started watching it when it was 31-21 Oregon, with around 7 minutes left in the game.

'Evenly matched' indeed.  WV won 43-42 with a last-second defensive stand.  WOW.  Two great finishing bowl games.

I must say, I'm proud of TCU for winning.  I changed my pick when their QB was arrested, so I missed the pick, but you've got to applaud a team that wins under those circumstances.  It was a fluke, in part, for Oregon to also lose their QB, but for TCU to come from 31 points behind to win in triple overtime was AMAZING.

So, now we wait...

And the PAC12 hardly counts; many of their bowl wins were against non-Power5 teams:

New Mexico
BYU
Miami (no coach)
Southern Miss
Nebraska (loss)
Air Force
Wisconsin (loss)
Iowa
TCU (loss)

You know what, CP, the Pac12 was actually 6-4. That site had not updated the WV-ASU game that ASU lost.
