Quote
Two months after seeing two serious charges reduced to a single misdemeanor, Florida State running back James Wilder Jr. has once again found himself in some legal hot water.

According to the Tallahassee Democrat, Wilder turned himself in to the Leon County Jail today due to a violation of his probation.

After he was initially arrested on a pair of felony charges stemming from an incident that initially began as an attempt by the police to arrest his girlfriend this past February, Wilder pleaded no contest in early April to a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence.  He was sentenced to six months of probation and nine days at a work camp..........

Well I understand if your on probation for a crime you must follow the law to the letter no matter how small it is, he still broke the law. I do give Kudos to him for being man enough to turn himself in to the jail. That is taking responsibility. RTR!

Reuben, that's exactly what went through my mind. You could blow that number if you just used mouthwash.

When a Judge gives you some guidelines  to live by (probation) for a crime that you committed, I would suggest that you read those guidelines very carefully and live by them or pay the price for not doing so.  Wink

That seems to go into the realm of a possible false positive.

When given a breathalizer, they wait several minutes before administering one, just for that reason. Alcohol from mouthwash dissipates in about 15 minutes. Still, a .1 is pretty lame.

As of Tuesday night, he was still in jail.  Maybe he wasn't a very cooperative citizen when confronted by police.
