It would take a better audio before the NZAA would use that to punish the Aubs.  The quality is very poor on the original.  I've heard about tapes for months, but if this is the quality, who can get excited.  Might be bogus (euphemism for words starting with first and last letters).

I downloaded a cleaned up version yesterday from WA.  If you listen while you read the transcript, it sounds about right.

My question is, how do you know who that is? when the tape was made?  etc?  and Arent there laws about recording people against their knowledge.

A couple of transcripts had the second voice as saying: "Dad, they know that...don't go there."  I couldn't hear anything.  My kids' spidey senses went off and they started screeching like pteradactyls the minute they thought I was trying to listen to something.

Depends on the state. In Alabama, as long as one of the people participating in the conversation are aware of the recording, it's legal.

Your questions are all the same that lawyers everywhere are asking.  Kills the credibility.  If tapes had e-cred, I'd boo.

Voicemail conversations always hold up, it is assumed the party know they're being recorded.

Well until they get a voice match from Cecil Newton the it doesn't matter to me. Auburn is safe till the voice match. Well it's coming down to is Cecil an honest Preacher or a Fraud. Gosh this is so scarey that he is ministering the word to people and doing this. RTR!
