Title: Tide favorite Tyrone Prothro remembers "The Catch," looks to the future

Alabama receiver Tyrone Prothro knows that his legacy will be forever marked by two things--the "catch" and the "injury"--but he said that he now appreciates the past and looks excitedly to the future.

Tyrone has really struggled with the job market since he left Bama. He has worked in various places here in T-town with Regions Bank being the last place I saw him. Maybe he will find something he can stick with that will support his family.

I picked this screen name on Tidesports soon after the Catch.  Kept it ever since.

That young man was a spectacular football player. Every time he was around the ball something thrilling happened. Until Clowney's play from last year, the catch was the most remarkable football play I had ever seen. His career ending is injury is one of the saddest things I've seen in sports. I still think about what could have been for him and for bama had CMS pulled him from that game when we had it in hand.

Gosh, I don't even want to go there. He is from Cleburne Co. High over here where I live. He was amazing in high school. I hope him the very best in the future. RTR!
