Title: Monday evening Crimson colored outlook
Post by: bama57 on September 21, 2015, 12:34:45 PM
Looking over some schedules I see NO reason we don't win out. With a little luck we win it all!
Important dates:
11-21 Ohio state plays Michigan state, we should move up because one of those loses
10-24 ole miss/ Texas a&m...this should be a good game
11-29  ole miss/ LSU, lsu wins and we move up
11-21 OK beats TCU, we move up
11-14 ok beats baylor,we move up
10-17 notre dame gets beat by USC, we move up
10-3 we beat Georgia
11-7 we beat Lswho in a knock down brawl
10-15 stanford  beats  UCLA and we move up
10-10 fla state gets beat by Miami
10-3 clemson beats ND
WHEN we win out and Old Miss loses to A&M and LSU............ROLL TIDE ROLL!
I got to stop putting on them Crimson colored glasses :-[

Hey 57 I like your idea. I do however hate to look forward after Sat. but the dates of 10-3 and 11-7 we have to have our ducks in the straightest of the season. I have watched both teams and both of those RB's will be hard on us. The young kid from lsu I think is a heisman winner if he doesn't get hurt. He is no better than Derrick but he has an O-line that blocks on every play. JMHO. Thanks for the thought. RTR!

Coach McElwane has done a fantastic job down there. I wonder if Auburn has compared Coach McElwane's success to Muschamp's yet? ;)

Yes they have. There is a tread on their board today talking about it. They are also comparing Gus to Chizik. Gus's record at Auburn is 12-1, 8-5, 3-2 in route to 4-8. Not many fans left on the Gus Bus. Muschamp, who I think is a good defensive coach, inherited a mess.

They know it's coming. They try not to think about it. They convinced themselves that we couldn't win without a starting QB. When we lost to Ole Miss, they thought it was really true, that they didn't have to worry about us anymore. All that Bama stuff is a thing on the past. But they were still a little worried. Thankfully, UGA would finish us off and any lingering worries could be put to rest. But then yesterday happened. The nightmare of a dominating Alabama team happened right in the middle of the day. Good SEC teams struggled to beat bad ones, and the newly anointed heir to the thrown got chomped. And they all woke up this morning thinking, maybe knowing, that it is gonna happen again. It's happening right now.
