Look at the muscles on TR. He is solid as a rock. If I was a head coach or GM I would want him on my team.

I am amazed as muscle bound as he is he hasn't had more problem with pulled muscles.  Apparently he is also flexible.

I don't think people who are in shape pull muscles as much as people out of shape. I say this as I am sitting here with a pulled tricep form "running the rack" the other day.
