Credit Yellowpope for the find.

From the NFL network:

Yesterday, we told you about Rich Eisen’s 40 yard dash at the NFL combine, one of the best running gags in sports media. The signature on-air personality for the NFL Network runs the 40 every year, and this time he clocked in at 6.18 seconds… which is still really, really slow (but really, really fun to watch).

The best part of this bit, though, is when some of the rookies at the combine are superimposed onto the footage, so it’s as if Eisen is racing them. This year, the NFL Network’s video editors pitted Eisen against Alabama’s Julio Jones, among others. Jones ran the 40 in a combine-best 4.39 seconds, so you can see where this is headed.

It is like a Cheetah chasing down an injured calf in the second view.  NFL network uses 3 shots where they superimpose the two runners to create a head-to-head comparison.  The first is straight up head to head, the second view gives Eisen a head start, and the last speeds Eisen up while slowing JJ down to make it more competitive.
