I'm glad to read an article like this. The coaches realize how important it is to increase the intensity of play each Saturday to reach that high peak at the end of the season.

I'm not one to believe in omens but I really believe that the first half Vandy performance was a blessing from up above to remind this team of what can happen on a given Saturday if you aren't prepared mentally and physiacally.
