Saturday:
Kelly Johnson hit a home run to tie the score in the top of the ninth, but Josh Donaldson retaliated with a long ball of his own in the bottom of the 10th to lift the Blue Jays over the Braves 6-5.

Braves now 7-4 and 1.5 games back.

The Dodgers are doing better than I expected, especially with a couple of our starters and best relievers on the DL.  I don't know if it will last...

Hard to evaluate the Braves right now. When they play the Cardinals, Nationals, Dodgers, Giants, & other good teams, we will know more.

Braves (8-6) have lost 2 in a row to the Mets, and trail them by 3.5 games.

Last night the Mets came from behind to score in the 8th inning and take the win.

The Mets own the Braves, so far this year.

I know it seems harsh but the truth usually is. Bobby Cox got lucky and got some good players for a few years. The Braves can't keep trying to live off other teams has beens, it won't work. I thought that was why they the draft and the the little league clubs to build good players. It seems they never have much coming out of the farm clubs except maybe Heyward and that got rid of him and for what? Nothing. So if I am  a paying fan, I am probably going to stand home and watch the Orioles on TV. RTR!

Braves blow a 9-1 lead and lose on a 9th-inning homer: 10-2.

Now 4.5 games behind the Mets.   Sad
