HOME IS THE FISHERMAN; HOME FROM THE CREEK.

And the fish are still in the creek.  They weren't very cooperative.  I caught only 2, BUT IT SURE BEAT WORK!!

I watched both the Alabama-LSU game and the DUKE-UNC game last night.  Wow, what a couple of crazy games!!

Same river; not me.

It's a tough sport.

OT, that's usually why I don't catch many fish.

Good morning.  Coffee

Nice to be back with my coffee maker and family this morning.  But I KNOW there are fish out there somewhere, and somewhere they're snapping.  Looks like saltwater places are next.

Thanks for the report, Jamos, on basketball and baseball.  Glad to see sellouts (finally).  Just hope the teams respond well.

TGIF everyone!!

My schedule has been pretty much packed of late but today it's better, a day to do what I want to do. Well, maybe I spoke too soon, Mrs. J is home today.

Chech, I know you are chomping at the bit to get your fly rod out and I'm looking forward to all your beautiful pics. Applause E-Cred

You mention the sellouts and it is good to see the fans pour out like they once did for events other than football. I've got my fingers crossed for the baseball team too. Wink

My neighbor came over last night wanting me to take him to Lake Tuscaloosa and show him some of my old fishing holes for his grandson who is fishing a big high school tournament on the 27th. I want to help but it has been years since I frequented Lake Tuscaloosa and I'm sure that my old fishing holes have pretty much changed.

Have a good day everyone as I plan to do. Pray Cheesy

Morning, J.

Those old fishing holes are likely still good ones; just the fish are bigger by now!

I may have to get you to take me fishing.  Never knew you shared the secrets!!

I would enjoy a fishing trip with you. My secrets of the past would be more like wishes today but we might get lucky and catch a few.

I can see right now that when the 3 of us get together, it will need to involve more than golf.

Very interesting!!!!

I had a buddy in Louisiana who used to travel with me to Sandestin for golf and beach.  The first day it rained we learned that BIG BASS were in the lakes all over the course, so we spent rainy days catching them.  Great fun.  BTW, he bounced a ball off a condo at that course!

LOL!!! Yep we have a shooting gallery on hole #15 fairway at Tall Pines as well. All the houses have very nice decks on the back facing the golf course but no one ever sits on them.

I wondered why everybody was scrambling for their back doors when I was teeing my ball up.

Does the 'shooting gallery' require a hook or a slice??  I could work on developing whichever is needed!

2, "NO", normally that's a no-no shot.  And when it happens, expect your buddies to all point at you as you pass the house!

They are usually laughing at me too hard to point.

If you are are righty, it's the ole beautiful slice. Yep, we like to pull up to the location of the bad shot and ask the shot maker by name in a loud voice if he wants to look for his ball. Laughing
