  Class has started back for me.  (Psychology this semester) And the 15 K run is coming soon, quickly followed by the 13.1 mile, and the Spartan Race. It seems the remodel of the house is at a standstill. The bosses want to step up training at work.  So, I really don't have time to research this, (even though it probably would not take one of you very long.) I think that this would be an awesome topic for someone to write about. Msg me if you are truly interested and have the time to do so. I will then share the topic, and give specific examples to support it.
