...

And I'm at home now and boy is it good to be here! I've done so much driving over the last month that my ankles were swollen last night and I had a swollen pocket behind my knee. It hurt like the dickens last night, but I woke up this morning and all swelling and pain is gone. What a relief!

Another big game tomorrow. I'll be in front of my 52" TV (boy have I missed that) watching football all day. I hope the Tide is fresh, I hear they are, and that they roll over the cowbellers! It's about time for SC's 98-0 to come through.

Glad you made it home.  Swelling sounds painful.  Hmmm.

Yes, tomorrow has more big games than any Saturday this season.  I'd considered heading over to Arky to catch a few trout, but the temperatures will drop into the 30s tonight; that won't work.  So I'll be in Chech-Central enjoying the battles.

I'd enjoy 98-0!

I miss fishing.  Sad

As do I.  Fishing in Magnolia Springs gets better this time of year, with trout running up the rivers at night.  I'm hoping get down there pre-Thanksgiving weekend and catch a few.  The kids are off from school that week too.

Travel day for the 2-ster! WOOOT!!!! Looking forward to getting back home after a month. Also looking forward to sitting down in front of my TV for the Bama-Miss St game Saturday.

There ain't no place like home. Wink

I never understood why Magnolia Springs remained undeveloped compared to the rest of the Eastern Shore.  Love that area.  I once took my canoe and paddled all the way up to the springs.  Considered buying property there, but ended up buying in Fairhope.  Love it.

Maybe we need a regular CRS fishing trip.  We have enough folks along the coast to have fish camps in 3-4 states!  Hmmm.

Morning Gents. Coffee

It's in the high 30s this morning with a hevy frost and low 30s predicted for tomorrow morning, winter is on it's way.

2' glad you made it home, sorry about the swelling. Smiley

Wish all of you could be in T-town tonight to help usher in the new basketball program. Per CAJ there were only 2,000 tickets let yesterday afternoon, I promise you those tickets will be sold to complete the sell out of his first game. Wink

Tomorrow is the big day in Starkville and I wonder if there will be any vet classes there tonight to demonstrate what a steer is.

I've got to get a little whittling done today to pacify my dermatologist, I guess my other ear will look like I've been in another fight with Mike Tyson.

Have a good day everyone, thoughts and prayers for all of you. Pray Cheesy

J, good luck with the ear.  I've got to make a visit soon too.  No fun.

Enjoy the bb game.  Beginning of an era it seems.  I don't recall so much hoops hoopla with a new bb coach.

Good morning CRS. Beautiful day in North Alabama. A little on the cool side but it will warm to the low 60's.

High school playoffs are in progress. I hope your home team is still alive. Austin beat Briarwood of B'ham last night 27-0 to advance to the 6A quarterfinals. We will play Gardendale. A link to all the state playoffs scores: Click here for link

Looks like Austin's got it going on this year. Congrats on a great season so far. I really haven't kept up with HS football this year, but it looks like things are getting interesting.

Good day for college football today. Hopefully, UGa stomps a mudhole in the barn starting at 11:00. Then its Bama and Miss St at 2:30. I'm truly hoping this won't be a letdown game for us. I don't think it will, though I anticipate a tough game. Anyway,

ROLL TIDE!!!!!

I fixed a cheese dip using JAMOS' 'ROOSTER FIRE' HOT SAUCE.  That stuff is TASTY.  Yummy good, and not too hot.

Thanks, J!

Mrs 2 has fixed taco soup. Will be pouring a dash or 2 of J's Rooster Hot Sauce in it.

I made the mistake of sharing with LF.
Now she's got the bottle; splashing it on her baked potato and cheese.
