ATHENS, Ga. -- Georgia's depth chart at tailback has taken another hit as senior Caleb King is academically ineligible for the 2011 season.

Friday's announcement from coach Mark Richt opens the way for incoming freshman Isaiah Crowell to begin his career as the starting tailback.

Washaun Ealey, who led Georgia in rushing last season, left school in May after two suspensions for disciplinary reasons.

And the Georgia hits just keep on keepin' on.

I have always liked Richt but I think his days are numbered in Athens.

It appears that there is little control over the players and some personnel in Athens. It's got to be like a time bomb over there.

Yeah, this just doesn't make sense. They monitor those players grades like hawks, have all kinds of tutors, and extra help to make sure the kid passes.

Well Isaiah knew what he was doing. He went to GA where he has no competition. RTR!
