Terrence Cody receives postponement in animal-cruelty case

Cody and his girlfriend, Kourtney Jammese Kelley, will face 15 criminal counts apiece in Baltimore Circuit Court in Maryland. But instead of doing so on Aug. 11, they have received a postponement and are scheduled to appear on Nov. 12, the Baltimore Sun reported.
