Why plea not guilty because of mental defect and then showup in court wearing red with your wife?


"An Alabama fan, Updyke and his wife both appeared in the courtroom wearing crimson-colored shirts. He faces four felony counts and two misdemeanor counts."

What was he thinking. DOC will give him a white outfit to wear. I wonder if the booger fans in prison will kick Updykes ass in the shower?

I wrote Updyke getting his butt kicked in shower, rather than the harsh reality of what really happens in prison showers.

  The only thing Harvey has to worry about, as far as prison violence, is that fact that he is a retired Law Enforcement Officer. For his own protection he may serve his whole term in solitaire.
