Aah how sweet it is, Bama-38 Michigan State (BIG 10)-0!!! 

We can now listen to the talk shows without the bragging rights of the BIG 10. 

Prayers for all of those in need as we head out into our new year.

Beautiful morning here in the Preacher household. We enjoyed keeping up on the game with the posts and Mrs. Dottie even got upset we didn't have TV. The Cable company actually called our house last evening and tried to talk us through hooking our cable straight to the TV and making the remote work but it would not work. So, today I do say they did call and do what she could from a novice standpoint of trying to help. She told us that they had 90 calls because their boxes went out yesterday. Anyway God Bless you all, looking forward to our Black-eyed Peas and collards today. RTR!

Happy New Year indeed!

What a great game, and against a conference who's been bragging for 12 months.  We're riding the crest now, and can take home another national championship with a win against Clemson.  Woot.

I don't recall ever watching such a dominating performance by an Alabama team in a bowl game.  Even LSU seemed to be a threat to the end during the 2012 BCSNCG.  Michigan State was done by midway through the 3rd quarter - DONE!  And even though I wanted to beat Notre Dame badly, and we did, this game was a worst beatdown. 

BIG 10, sit down and shut up!!

What a great morning! Bama annihilated MSU, and I don't even mind that it's still raining here. I'm so happy that we finally shut up the B1G, and in a big way. I'd like to think what might have been last year if that team had been half as focused as this team was, instead of partying in NOLA.

I went and visited the Sparty forum after the game last night. There was a lot more kudos thrown our way, and a lot fewer "inbred" references.  They know they got owned. Yep, the Diet Coke tastes particularly sweet this morning!

I went and visited the Sparty forum after the game last night. There was a lot more kudos thrown our way, and a lot fewer "inbred" references.  They know they got owned. Yep, the Diet Coke tastes particularly sweet this morning!

Glad to hear the MSU fans have class.  From what we saw in their coach, it's no surprise.  Loved it during the post-game interviews when he said, "We haven't had this happen to us in a few years...".  When was the last time, coach??  Capital One Bowl 2011? 

I've got a gun show this weekend, but I think I'll wait until Saturday morning to set up.  Usually I drive there and set up on Friday.  BUT, there's football today.  Guns can wait!!
