I don't care how much barn tix are. You would have to pay me to go to Jerden Hair-Dye Field.

You make an excellent point.  I've never set foot in Lee County.  I should probably keep that streak going.

Alabama tickets are a little more expensive than the barn's.

Quote
According to FanSnap, an online ticket search engine that captures market data for ticketed events, about 2,800 Alabama-LSU tickets are available online for an average cost of $440. That's down from $840 in mid-September, when both teams were unbeaten and demand was higher. The cheapest ticket available was going for $127, while club seats and 50-yard line tickets were at $2-3,000.

So, the question is, whether to go with a friend to the bama game or take 180 or so folks to see the Auburn game. Huh??

If you take the 180 folks, make sure they are all wearing Bama gear.

Those tickets are still overpriced. Instead of a spanking, parents should threaten their kids with them. "If you don't settle down this minute, I am taking you to Auburn game this Saturday!"  "No! No! I'll be good!"

A guy parked his car at Jordan Hare Stadium and left 2 tickets under the windshield wiper, hoping somebody would take them. When he returned to his car an hour later, there were 20 more.

An Auburn Alumnus was bringing in 20 business associates and they all wanted to go to the Auburn-NMSU game. It's the day before the game and he calls the ticket office. "I know this is short notice, but do you have 21 tickets available for tomorrow's game?"

"Sure do, no problem." She says.

"Whew, thank heavens!" the guy replies and asks "What time does the game start?"

She says "What time can you be here?"

Last time I was in Auburn, Alabama had just won the SECCG, and I was driving a University of Alabama car.  It was fun, driving slowly through town....

I can't imagine spending the whole day and a bunch of money to see that game. However, NMS is around 41st in passing yardage so there may be a "in" for the Aggies. This would be a good game to take the guy from work that keeps bugging you to go to a game.
