One article talked about how Auburn had found it's rushing game after having 269 yards. They left out one teeny fact, Ole Miss ranked 123rd out of 129 teams in rushing defense and 115th in total defense. No doubt a great achievement by Malzahn and rushing game.
P.S. Alabama is 1st in rushing defense, UGA is 20th. Build the base for several years to the point where HS kids will line up to play for that school and enjoy the dynasty. I am in my early 70's and assisted in recruiting when alums could. It is always someone else's fault. Nobody made them hire a gimmicky high school coach and pay him 49 million just because he gets lucky every now and then. They did that all by themselves.

Glad someone double checked this, hate to give out bad info. I saw Bama was 12th in scoring defense at 15.9 per game & 12th in total defense. Good stats for a team that lost 7 or 8 starters on D, and several good back-ups.
