Hey H.L. you didn't have nothing to do with it. The Braves have a way of winning, and losing. They win a few and then they lose 2or 3 or more then they go back to winning. I never seen anything like it. lol, RTR!

Sorry, fellas.  You guys can blame me for the Braves' loss on Saturday night.  I was at Turner Field, and the Braves RARELY win when I'm there.  I didn't think my hex would be strong enough for them to lose to the lowly 'Stros, but I underestimated my power apparently.
I was at the game Friday night for the win.  Maybe you should just give me your tickets.   Cheesy

The Braves won 6-1 for the 2nd night in a row, this time over the Flighty Phils. Atlanta has completely dominated them so far this year.

I was busy at Church tonight and didn't get to watch. Thanks for posting it. RTR!

It is really frustrating watching the Braves go 7-3, but Washington goes 8-2. Despite some stellar playing and pitching, not to mention solid hitting, the Braves are 4.5 behind the Nationals. There are still 45 games left to play. Go Braves.

I think the Braves will catch the Nats before it's done.  The additions of Sheets and Maholm seem to have solidified the pitching staff and they're still hitting well with Uggla finally showing some signs of life.  It just looks like they're getting really hot at the right time.

If the Braves just stay atop the wildcard race I'll be happy.  This team is good and worthy of a run.  Fun to watch.

Who would have thought that Ben Sheets would re-emerge to be the effective pitcher he is proving to be for the Braves? This is good stuff. C'mon, guys, no September crash this year!

Yeah, I'm being greedy because I want the Braves to win the division, but it's uncanny that no matter how well the Braves play they just can't seem to gain ground on the Nats. Despite major injuries, the Braves have played very well. Most teams would have self-destructed with such injuries.

Harper has been horrible lately and the Nats keep on winning.  Uggla is not earning his paycheck these days, that's for sure.

Dodgers took a one game lead in the West yesterday thanks to the Nats.

We appreciate y'all beating up on Pittsburgh. That put us 3 up on them for the WC.

Well it looks like Atlanta, could be our Wildcard team. If they just get in anyway they can they could win it all. RTR!

I think bamaphil may be right. Shutting down Strasberg for the rest of the year could cost the Nats toward the end. If Sheets, Maholm, and Hudson keep it up, I think the Braves overtake them before it is said and done. However, if Atlanta even justs gets into the playoffs, I think this is a team that could make a deep run.

Medlin toses a 5 hit shutout tonight as the Braves beat the Padres 6-0. Chipper Jones keeps adding to his personal stats as he hit two more homeruns tonight. What an amazing season he is having to cap off a fantastic career. Applause E-Cred
