Chizik said quarterback Clint Moseley looked good, having bounced back from a sore shoulder that limited him in the spring.

Either that or he stunk so bad that they used the public drunk charge as an excuse to send him packing.

There might have been other, non-arrest intoxications or failed drug tests.  As a freshman, I doubt it had to do with his performance on the field, but with his activities off the field.

This kid is damaged goods. He had a history of trouble in HS. He goes to the barn and never makes it to his first fall practice. I am not sure who will take a chance with him at this point. My guess is a small school like Western Kentucky or Div II. It is a shame kids waste these valuable opportunties. He may regret this for the rest of his life.

Personally I am hoping that he gets mad at Auburn and tells the news outlets how much Auburn paid him during the recruiting process. He'd make a good stool pigeon.

LOL!! My thought exactly. Something is going on down there. I think they recruited several marginal character cases to bump up their final recruiting ranking to look good against Saban's recruiting. Now, when no one is paying attention to the rankings, these guys are getting cut left and right. With their QB problems, they will lose at least 3 games.
