Alabama's O-Line could be reshuffled in 2018

After Leatherwood's performance in the NCG, he definitely needs to be on the field.  Sounds like more shifts than we expected, though.

O-line play definitely needs to be kicked up a couple of notches from last year.  Leatherwood played great in NCG.  Willis has played great when he's been in there.  I'd start both those guys and move Cotton to a backup role.  Mostly, I hope a different OL coach will finally get it done.

Who is our new O-line coach? This might give us some outlook on what he may want to do but we have talent so there is no reason Our Run game should do well and passing game as well. RTR!

If we can find a center that's a good leader and the guys can communicate, I expect the line to improve.  At least, I think we'll have better athletes playing, though it's not all about raw athleticism as guys like Barrett Jones and Bozeman have shown us.

I agree, the center is the key to a good O line. We need to coach one up. If Leatherwood plays this year like he did against UGa, he will be solid. As you mentioned, we have the athletes, but they need to be well coached this year to make a difference. I hope that happens.
