I know the guy who runs it well, and he's a Bama fan, so no problem if I leave my tables for a couple of hours.  He'll be watching the TV too.

@ Doc, a guy at the gym in my office building was cussing about the Gate 9 traffic this morning.  He drives in from Athens up I565 to Rideout Road.  I told him he should come on past Rideout and come in the Patton Road gate.  Much faster and only a little bit further.

@ Doc, a guy at the gym in my office building was cussing about the Gate 9 traffic this morning.  He drives in from Athens up I565 to Rideout Road.  I told him he should come on past Rideout and come in the Patton Road gate.  Much faster and only a little bit further.

Normally my wait at Gate 9 is less than 3 minutes when I arrive at 5:50-6:15.  Sometimes I even drive straight up to the guard.

My buddy said this morning traffic was backed up to I565.  That being the case, I would have definitely bypassed it and gone on to Patton...He didn't...

Yeah, at that point you have to force your way over to the far left lane and do a U-turn at the light.

It was cool here too, but not windy.  Now it's nice: 63 and sunny.
