They're high but Bama has been scoring a lot of points with a good D, don't think they will lower it any.

Averaging 39 PPG. Only allowing 7 PPG.

I'm telling you,--Bama to cover a big spread used to be a suckers bet. Bama has always been bad/good about calling off the dogs. This year is an exception because I'm not even sure CNS can stop it. LOL

You're right, it's always been in the past that when you put the reserves in late in the game they are to run the ball and run out the clock. With Bama's running attack being as good as it is, I think the opposing team may want Bama's reserves to throw the ball to keep from running up the score.

I agree with what you say about putting in the reserves but the reserves have been putting up some points as well. There's not as big of a drop off of talent between the starters and reserves as there used to be. Good recruiting!!

As you bring this point up your right. Most of our guys that leave could start somewhere else. Our third team defense is going to be reckoned with in a couple of years and I don't worry now about what we will have then. RTR!

Just look at last night against Ole Miss, the reserves came in and played about as well as the starters. Bama is deep. It will be hard to keep the score down on anyone. Bray is out for UT and after a possible 14-0 halftime score, Bama will wear them down in the 2nd half. It will be big again. I'm guessing about 45-7.
