You know I sort of hopes auburn wins because we need all the teams we can get with victories for them. RTR!

No need, Ricky.  Just go with your heart and cheer for Kentucky.
If Alabama keeps winning, and wins the SEC, then no problem with politics; we'll be among the playoff-4 teams.

I was listening to Scott McKinney on sports radio yesterday in my travels and he told the story of when he played baseball for Ole Miss, that the team got to go to Chicago for a Cubs game. Don Kessinger was the Ole Miss baseball coach at the time. During the game Scotty Mac went to the bathroom and was relieving himself at the urinal. This man came up to the urinal next to him. Scott looked over to see that it was Harry Caray.

Scott turned to him and said "Wow! You're Harry Caray!" Caray boomed in that voice of his and yelled "Hey! Don't splash that over here!"

Scott calls it his "I once peed on Harry Caray's shoes" story.

Good morning.  Coffee

Pretty funny Harry Caray story.

Very entertaining Aub game last night.  Kentucky had 500 yards of offense; Aub just about 400.  But Aub scored TDs and KY kicked field goals.  Plus a thousand other issues with KY: poor special teams, poor tackling, dropped passes, ... ad infinitum.  The Stanford game was too late for me, but I watched the first quarter.  Stanford dominated then, and apparently kept it up: 56-35.

Long day today, then COLD front tonight.  Down to 39 tonight.   Blizzard

Another long day for me as well. Will be leaving for SC on Monday and will be there for a month. Things are looking good, however, for me to make the LSU game.

Don't work too hard and have a good one!

Good morning to all. Coffee

These cool mornings sure make the coffee taste better.

2, have a safe trip and why don't you leave your golf clubs at home so you will have more time for work. By the way, your remark about me being 100 yards past your drive has more to that story. That 100 yards is either to the left or to the right of your ball, either in the woods or the water.  Smiley

Today is cooking hot sauce day, the Rooster Fire. Three of us grew some Jalapenos this year as we were getting low on our hot sauce so today we cook it up. The weatherman has helped us out for a change with the nice weather as it has to be cooked outside.

Chech, you need to come on over for the LSU game. Wink

Have a great day everyone, the weather is perfect for it.

Yep, to a thunderous silence in Dodger Stadium.

  @ the yardage comment.

I think Chech is coming for the LSU game. I'm going to ask one of my business partners to come with. He's an LSU fan, but I guarantee he'll turn me down. He hates Bama. Poor soul.

Hey, I'll be there.  Where else to share my arrival at old age!!  Red Elephant has agreed to put me up for the night, so he'll be there too.  We'll talk as the date approaches.  Hopefully the whole gang of CRS crazies can come too.
