It's in 3 parts: front will be for selling his furniture; middle for finishing work; back for lumber delivery, sawing, and other loud stuff.

The GREEN ROOM is the front part.

This old building was once a grocery, so the floors slope in the meat-market area.  Look at the bottom of the drywall; see the floor slope!  The floor dropped 1" every 5'.

Went to the Navy Base to play golf yesterday afternoon and the bottom fell out. It rained all afternoon. I'll give it another try this morning.

The golf course and the heat won yesterday. I think I'll forego the torture and skip golf today. That was some crazy wind they had at St. Andrews yesterday. Looks like conditions are much more benign this morning.
