A steve Spurrier who wouldn't put in the long hours as an NFL coach to be successful at $5 mil a year and a tired, older, over-the-hill Joe Gibbs. And then there was the Jim Zorn experiment, which was just horrendous. I hate it that Shanahan is up there now b/c I acutally like him. He needs to go out and pay one of the top GM's in the NFL a huge salary to come to the Redskins and let him make the coaching hires and player trades/selections. In the past, he's done the actual hiring and even player trade decisions.

I agree, Young has talent, but he can't win by running the ball as QB on a regular basis. Plus, the Titans O-line stunk in pass blocking.

That shows how the previous management was squandering draft picks.
