He's not impressed that he ranks third in the nation in passing efficiency.

"That's great," he said. "Shows how great my teammates are. I think it's an example of how great my offensive line is, the wonderful job they've been doing giving me time. I think that really reflects my receivers, shows what kind of catches and how hard they've been working to get those kind of stats or whatever. I just want to win. I don't really care."

These game managers also make NFL rosters. CNS has only had three "game managers since he has been at Alabama. JP Wilson is on the practice squad for Jacksonville after playing several years for the Falcons. GMAC is with the Jets. McCarron still playing. CNS wins championships and prepares his players for the NFL, including QB's.

I kind of like AJ's comments...pushes the back-ups to do more. He knows that if he goes down in the big stretch starting next month...those guys have to step it up and play well. Atta boy AJ...stay on em!

I think is a great team leader. He gives promise to the young guys, and that is what they need. To hear winner like AJ has to make them perk up chest out and know they can be the same leader someday to others. RTR!
