I heard on Sports Center this week that dunking the football is no longer allowed because some player did it and bent the goal goal causing a 30 minute delay while it was straightened. I think dunking is an automatic fine now. I think dunking is an automatic fine now. That player was Jimmy Graham. He did it against the Falcons in Atlanta last year when used both hands to "dunk" the ball and messed up the goal post.
