Sports that University of Oregon coach Chip Kelly personally approved a controversial $25,000 fee that sparked an ongoing NCAA investigation and was in constant contact as Lyles provided the Ducks with recruiting assistance that may have violated NCAA rules.

Wow, what a write-up. This guy has no guts left he spilled all he had for sure. He was sure tied up in a lot of dealings for Oregon. It may get rough again. I wonder if the NCAA is hiring any help? RTR!
