Yes, good point.  We wouldn't want people to wager on silly things that are certain to happen just to boost their e-cred.

Let's see... anybody who is on the most e-cred list or is a mod can decide if it is wager worthy.  Of course you can't claim your own post is wager worthy, it has to be somebody different than the OP.

Maybe five is too many. You don'twant a guy sitting around hitting refresh to get the 5th one. But if two people got together on a bunch of threads, they could boost their totals to the thousands in an hour.

This one is a little tougher, since there are times during the day when a lot of people are on here and there are other dead periods like 2:00 AM.  Maybe we have up to 24 hours to get the 5 wager worthy stamps.  That way it gives you a full cycle regardless of where you are in the world.  If the story breaks open before you get the 5 wager worthy stamps then all bets are off.
