RAIN RAIN RAIN 
It's been raining hard since noon yesterday.  Everything outside is soggy or flooded. I'm staying in today.

Did some Christmas shopping yesterday.  Got lots of stocking stuffers for all the good children (not you hoodlums!!). 

Congrats to Coach Saban on winning the Walter Camp Award.   

What's with the picks?  Merk's lapping the field.  Maybe he's found a way to enter picks after the games.    He's 8-0!!

I know. I'm 6-2 and feel like an 'also ran'. Congrats to Merk for being the early front-runner.

It's cold and windy here this morning. 45 degrees, but the rain is finally over. I'll probably go out and do some last minute Christmas shopping today.

Yes, but I don't know how much yet.  As far as we know so far, we will be able to work from home and get paid.  That will last until a certain amount of contract money is burned up (but no one is saying how long that is - some of the old timers guess anywhere from 1-3 weeks).  And I always have the option of burning vacation, but I have almost none, as I've only been here 3 months.

   They had a Christmas lunch at The Ledges (a nice country club on the side Monte Sano if you're not familiar), but I didn't attend.  If I'd known that was all the Christmas we would be getting, I'd have at least RSVP for a meal and then not shown.
