Quote
CLEMSON, S.C. -- So this is how the 17-game winning streak ends.

With an Alabama guy sticking it to Auburn

With a Gus Malzahn clone out-Gusing his mentor. With a defense playing so horribly that it's finally impossible to resurrect the ghosts of Auburn dramas past.

What started at the 2010 Outback Bowl when Auburn allowed 621 yards to Northwestern ended Saturday at Death Valley when the Tigers surrendered 624 yards to Clemson.

This is reality for the defending national champions. Only now, after two weeks of escapes, it's officially here after 38-24 loss.

For the first time in 60 years, Auburn has allowed 34 points or more in three consecutive games. Oh, by the way: That three-game stretch in 1951 also ended with a loss to Clemson -

It was very gratifying to wake up this morning knowing the lucky horseshoe finally fell out of Cheezit's pocket. I don't know which is more fun, watching Bama win or watching Awbarn lose. Roll Tide!!

I think you'll have many Saturdays this fall to test your feelings and decide which is better.

You know next week they should be 3-1. They should win this one and then you won't hear all the rumbles. I am curious though what happens with SEC schedule. RTR!

At this point its looks like the barn will go 6-6 on the season and 2-6 in SEC play. I am giving them two cupcake wins and Ole Miss. I don't see another win on their schedule. I can not remember a worse SEC defense.

Thanks Checham. You're right, the mine was about 40 miles away. The headway was so low, those guys had to lie on their stomachs to dig the rock. One of the world's worst jobs.

Applause E-Cred And, what made it a little more sweet was that Dabo, a former Bama Boy, and his team are the one's who made it happen. Roll Tide!
