The course is playing tough.  The cut is sure to be well over par.

Tiger with a double bogey on his first hole.  His group started on the back, and the 10th hole is a bear.  He did par 11.

I like the Alabama guy to win it all. RTR!

Tiger birdies the 15th to get to +1.  He's had 4 pars and a birdie since the opening hole double bogey.

Another double on his 8th hole (17) to drop back to +3.  Finishes the first 9 with a par for a 38 on a par 35.

Tiger shows life - 2 birdies to start the front 9.  Back to +1.

Come on Alabama. RTR!

It's been a tale of two nines thus far.  Tiger started on the front nine birdie, birdie, par, eagle.  He's now -1 for the day.

It didn't last.  He dropped back to +2.   :(

Unless Koepka has a meltdown, he's gonna win.  This is a tough course and he took it apart today.

Preacher, the only Bama player in the field is Michael Thompson. He is tied for 139th place at +7.

Good to see Spieth playing better.  He's been off his game for over a year.

Yes, if he can just keep it going. Koepka nearly lapped the field today. Danny Lee will never be able to hang with him.

Phil played decent and finished at -1.

Spieth shot a 66 today and is currently in 2nd place at -5, behind Koepka, who is at -9. Koepka was at -10 and bogeyed the last hole for his 1st bogey in 41 holes at the PGA.  :o

Tiger is currently at the cut line at +3. He's hit one fairway all day.  :facepalm:

Tiger and Koepka are currently on the 11th hole.

Tiger now has an uphill battle just to make the cut. Back-to-back bogeys has him at +5 after 13.

Tiger has just moved to +5 and is in danger of missing the cut, now at +3.

IMHO, he made a mistake by not playing in any tourneys after the Masters until now.  Too long a layoff to keep your game at the level required to win majors.

Adam Scott's pendulum putter is stupid.  The PGA should have grown a pair and banned them completely.  That's not golf, regardless of whether he "anchors" it or not.

Tiger and Koepka birdie 13. Tiger is one off the cut. Koepka is back to -10 and 5 strokes in front.

I've used a long putter before. I now use a regular putter. I suck with both.  >:(

Tiger misses the cut. Koepka is at -12. He and Spieth (-5) will be the final group off tomorrow. Unless Koepka backs up, he should run away with it.

There's the field; then there's Brooks Koepka. He is flat running away with the PGA Championship. He is currently -14. His nearest competitor is Dustin Johnson at -6.

Koepka with a couple of chinks in the armor coming down the stretch, but it hasn't hurt him. He is up by 7 strokes going to the last hole. It's his to lose tomorrow.
