Oregon ended up winning in I think the 3rd OT.  The winning TD should have been ruled an incomplete pass because the guy's foot came down on the end line of the end zone.  Then on Arizona State's possession the Oregon defender held the receiver and then intercepted the pass to win the game.  So basically Arizona State was robbed by two horrific calls in the 3rd OT.

 Sad

Seems ASU agrees.  No surprise, but little doubt on the replay.

Quote
Oregon’s game-clinching touchdown – a 20-yard pass from Vernon Adams to Bralon Addison – was originally ruled a score by referee Land Clark and his crew. Replays showed Addison’s toe was on the white line in the back of the end zone. After a lengthy review, the call was “confirmed.”

Final score was 61-55 Oregon.

Watching these games, I think USC should hire Sumlin.  His offense looks very similar, only he sprinkles in a little defense (Sumlin's SEC-Lite D), which is why the Aggies blew out AZ State.

He'd have a conference championship team at USC.  They'd look great, maybe the best conference in the country too, until they had to play a real team.
