So we have agreement on these 8 games?

12:00 PM   No. 10 Florida at Miami (FL)
12:21 PM   Western Kentucky at Tennessee
3:30 PM   No. 3 Oregon at Virginia
4:30 PM   No. 6 South Carolina at No. 5 Georgia
7:00 PM   No. 15 Texas at Brigham Young
7:00 PM   West Virginia at No. 16 Oklahoma
8:00 PM   No. 14 Notre Dame at No. 17 Michigan
10:30 PM   Washington State at No. 24 USC

And need to pick two from the following:

7:30 PM   Arkansas State at Auburn
3:30 PM   Toledo at Missouri
12:00        Michigan State v. USF
7:00 PM     UAB v. LSU
4:30  PM    Duke v. Memphis
7:00 PM     Colorado State v. Tulsa
8:00 PM     Hawaii v. Oregon State
10:30 PM   Arizona v. UNLV
11:00 PM   San Jose State v. Stanford

Any others?

Wow, talk about garbage time. I actually would not mind LSU/UAB, Wake/Boston College, & Cincinnati/Illinois (Illinois sucks but Tubby has made the Bearcats intriguing). Is Arkansas State any good?

I wouldn't mind watching aTm if they are going to be on TV.

Duke at Memphis.

LF went to Duke... and they have an SEC Coach (well, formerly).
The line is only 6 points on this one, so it's not projected to be a blowout, which is a good thing.

Here are some of the approximate lines:

Friday:  Wake Forest v. Boston College:  3 points

Saturday

7:30 PM   Arkansas State at Auburn   13 points
3:30 PM   Toledo at Missouri   17 points
12:00        Michigan State v. USF  24 points
7:00 PM     UAB v. LSU  35 points
4:30  PM    Duke v. Memphis  6 points
7:00 PM     Colorado State v. Tulsa  10 points
8:00 PM     Hawaii v. Oregon State  27 points
10:30 PM   Arizona v. UNLV  11 points
11:00 PM   San Jose State v. Stanford  27 points

My vote for one game would be Arkansas State v. Auburn, 13 points.

And then one of these three:  Wake Forest v. BC (Friday); Duke v. Memphis; or Toledo v. Missouri

Arky State won their first game 62-11, so they aren't terrible.  It is where Gus Malzahn coached last year @ 10-2 record, so he is going up against his old team.

Yes, it is hard to find 10 decent games this week.  Some of the TV games are powerhouses playing cupcakes with 25-35 point betting lines, like LSU, OK State, Nebraska and Ohio State games.  And some of the closer betting lines are unexciting games, untelevised games (Illinois v. Cinncinatti, Duke v. Memphis, South Alabama v. Tulane ) or something like Toledo v. Missouri on ESPNU which still has 17 points.

Anyway, we are down to these 11 possibilities, it seems:

12:00 PM   No. 10 Florida at Miami (FL)   3 points
12:21 PM   Western Kentucky at Tennessee   13 points
3:30 PM   No. 3 Oregon at Virginia     22 points
4:30 PM   No. 6 South Carolina at No. 5 Georgia   3 points
7:00 PM   No. 15 Texas at Brigham Young       7 points
7:00 PM   West Virginia at No. 16 Oklahoma  20 points
7:30  PM  Arky State v. Auburn  13 points
8:00 PM   No. 14 Notre Dame at No. 17 Michigan    3.5 points
10:30 PM  Washington State at No. 24 USC  15 points

And One of these:

Wake Forest v. Boston College (Friday Night)  3 points
Duke v. Memphis  6 points

So it depends on if we want Friday night or Duke.  My vote is Friday night also.  Chechem wants Duke v. Memphis on Saturday.

Someone needs to make a list of 10 for SC.

I'm okay with the Friday game instead of Duke.  No big deal, and at least we'll watch the Friday game (it's on TV).  No Thursday game, so this will be the first college game this week, I think.

Looks good to me. I still think the WKU/UT game is the most intriguing, followed by Texas/BYU.

We always list these games then I go back and look at them and think, "Now what am I going to do?"

Maybe if I retire from helping select the games, I'll do better in the contest, because I always get the games that seem hardest for me to pick.
