THAT HAS GOT TO BE THE WORST CALL I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!!  THE WHOLE POINT OF THE INFIELD FLY RULE IS SO THAT THE BASE RUNNERS WILL KNOW IF THEY HAVE TO RUN OR NOT!!!  IF YOU WAIT UNTIL A SPLIT SECOND BEFORE THE BALL HITS THE GROUND IT IS TOO LATE TO CALL AN INFIELD FLY!!!  THE RUNNERS ARE ALREADY AT RISK BY THEN!!!!
